Handsome Cooper was found as a stray at the side of a road and ended up at an Illinois shelter.
Compassionate volunteers called upon IBR to help with time was running out for this boy---and he was such a happy boy when a loving foster family was found to take him in.

I had a Llewelyn Setter named Cooper. He was so handsome. He and my black lab, Max dug out under my fence 10-4-07 and I haven't been able to find him....I miss him so much.
Is this Cooper still available for adoption?
